Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the rwbola platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. This agreement takes effect from the date of your account registration or from the first date you access any part of this website.

These terms are subject to the international licensing laws governing rwbola's operations. Should there be any conflict between other language versions and this English version, the English version takes precedence for Malaysian users.

Player Eligibility

To use rwbola services, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• Be at least 21 years old at the time of registration and throughout continued use.
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the local laws applicable to you.
• Not be located in a jurisdiction that strictly prohibits online gambling.
• Not be under an active self-exclusion programme at rwbola or any related platform.
• Register voluntarily for entertainment purposes, not as a primary source of income.

rwbola reserves the right to request age verification at any time. Failure to provide valid verification documents such as a MyKad will result in the account being suspended until verification is complete.

Account Registration

Each player is only allowed one active account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all related accounts and forfeiture of balances.

• Your full name must match your official identification document.
• An active Malaysian mobile number is required for account verification.
• A valid and accessible email address must be provided.
• Your password must be strong and must not be shared with anyone.
• Accounts may not be transferred or sold to any other party.

Deposits and Payment Methods

rwbola accepts deposits via approved payment methods. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

Deposits must be made using an account or e-wallet registered in the player's own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and will be returned subject to a verification process.

Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal is RM100 for all available methods. rwbola processes withdrawal requests within one hour once all verification requirements have been met.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a verified account or e-wallet registered in the player's name.
• Identity verification (KYC) may be required before the first withdrawal or for withdrawals exceeding a certain amount.
• Any outstanding bonus wagering requirements will prevent withdrawal of the related bonus balance.
• Funds deposited via a specific method will generally be returned via the same method.

Bonuses and Promotions

All bonuses offered by rwbola are subject to specific wagering requirements. Players are responsible for understanding these requirements before accepting any bonus.

The rwbola Welcome Bonus offers a 100% match on the first deposit up to a maximum of RM500. The bonus value must be wagered 25 times before any withdrawal from the bonus balance is permitted.

Calculation example: If you deposit RM100, you receive a RM100 bonus, bringing your balance to RM200. The wagering requirement to be met is RM100 × 25 = RM2,500. If you deposit RM1,200, you receive a RM500 bonus, bringing your balance to RM1,700, with a wagering requirement of RM500 × 25 = RM12,500.

• Only one welcome bonus is allowed per new player.
• Any attempt to abuse bonuses through multiple accounts will result in the cancellation of all related bonuses.
• rwbola reserves the right to withdraw or amend the terms of any promotion with reasonable notice.

Player Conduct

Players are required to observe the following conduct standards when using the rwbola platform:

• Do not use automated software, bots or any tool that could manipulate gameplay.
• Do not engage in collusion with other players in live casino or table games.
• Do not threaten, insult or abuse rwbola customer support staff.
• Do not share your account or grant third-party access to place bets using your account.
• Report any technical irregularities or system vulnerabilities to the support team promptly.

Violation of any of these conduct requirements gives rwbola the right to suspend or close the account without prior notice.

Account Closure

Players may close their account at any time by contacting the rwbola support team via live chat or email. Any valid balance remaining will be returned after the verification process is complete, provided there are no outstanding wagering requirements.

rwbola also reserves the right to close an account if:

• The player is found to have violated any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Registration information is found to be false or misleading.
• There is suspicious activity or potential involvement in money laundering.
• The player has submitted a formal self-exclusion request.

Liability Limit

rwbola operates under international licensing and uses encryption technology to protect player data. However, this platform is provided on an "as is" basis and rwbola does not guarantee that the service will always be available without interruption.

Players are fully responsible for the betting decisions they make. Any losses resulting from betting activity are the player's own responsibility. rwbola is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of this platform.

Amendment of Terms

rwbola reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any significant changes will be communicated to players via a notice on the website or through the registered email address.
